Can I create a gift registry for any occasion?

Yes, we offer, Wedding, Anniversary, Civil Union, Baby shower, Birthday and celebration registries. Alternatively we can tailor a gift registry to meet your needs.

Will the sale or promotional price show online for my guests to view?

Yes.

Are there any special offers for registering with Morava’s Gift registry?

Yes.

Are my guests able to purchase from overseas?

Yes your guests can purchase a gift for you by either; Telephone, Email, Internet or in store.

What happens if a guest makes a purchase after my delivery date?

This will be classified as a late gift. Once the gift has been processed and gift-wrapped we will advise you that a gift is waiting in the Gift Registry for you to collect at your convenience.

What happens if an item I choose is not available in store?

When compiling your gift list we will keep you informed of any items that are not currently available in store. You will have the option of waiting for the item to arrive in store or selecting a similar item.

Am I able to choose my gifts online?

No. You must come into the store and meet with a consultant to select your gifts.

Do I need to compile my gift list in one go?

No you can add items as you go.

Will you deliver my gifts?

Yes Morava’s offer one complimentary delivery within Auckland (excluding Waiheke Island). Delivery is offered Monday-Friday 09.00am to 04.00pm. You will receive an email requesting your delivery preferences approximately 4 weeks prior to your event date.

Am I able to purchase any unsold gifts on my registry after my event date?

Yes we will hold all unsold gifts for 2 weeks after your event date unless previously arranged with a consultant.

Can my guest choose something that I have not listed on my registry?

Yes, all gifts are wrapped with our compliments and receipts are kept on file should there be an exchange or return.

Can I list gift cards on my registry?

Yes, Morava’s offer gift cards in denominations of $20, $50, $100 or $250. A Fill at will gift card is also available.

Am I able to return any gifts if they are not suitable?

Yes, all your receipts are kept on file should there be an exchange or return.

Can my guests contribute money towards a gift?

No. An item must be paid for in its entirety. We do however offer Gift cards, which are popular as a means of contributing to a higher ticket item.

If I do not wish to have my gifts wrapped is this ok?

Yes, we are happy to box your items and attach the personalised message on to the box.

Am I able to list only Gift cards on my Registry list?

Yes, you are welcome to list Gift Cards in denominations of $20, $50, $100 and $250
